新疆是中国作为一个统一的多民族国家最大的民族地区,区域内各民族人民群众的共处交融关系是中华民族统一和谐的重要表征,民族团结是中国社会主义民族关系的本质和核心。针对新疆部分区域中存在极少数群体欲民族分裂而施以暴力恐怖活动的现象,打击暴恐,维护稳定,在各民族人民群众中进行民族团结教育就成为新疆各项工作的重中之重。由此,关于民族团结教育的现实及理论研究工作也成为新疆乃至全国人文社科领域研究的重点和焦点。 鉴于我国及新疆民族工作及民族团结教育活动的马克思主义理论导向,论文首先对于民族团结教育的马克思主义理论基础进行了系统阐述,其中不仅包含马克思主义民族理论中以马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林等经典作家民族思想中关于民族团结的理论观点,也增加了作为实践马克思主义理论的中国共产党人毛泽东、邓小平等领导者在此方面的理论观点。同时,作为民族团结教育的思想资源内容,对孙中山、费孝通的民族思想观点,以及当代西方学者如涂尔干、帕森斯、哈贝马斯的相关民族思想方面的理论观点进行了概略阐述。鉴于民族团结教育的复杂性及其研究的跨学科形态,需要在民族学、教育学和社会学相关理论方面寻求并确定民族团结教育理论研究和实践施行的理论依据。 其次,对于民族团结教育的内涵进行了表述,界定了民族、团结、民族团结诸概念,依据相关理论分析了民族团结的本质为社会团结,提出本文核心概念— —民族的社会团结,对其构成基础——民主民生及德治法治及在民族团结中的作用进行了阐释。 再次,是对新中国和新疆民族团结工作及民族团结教育的历史进程进行了述论,并对新中国和新疆民族团结教育所取得的经验及特征进行了总结与分析。 接下来,是对新疆民族团结教育现状进行的调查研究分析,设计了相应的调查问卷及访谈提纲,进行了较大规模的实地考察。从调查对象方面分为中小学师生、高校大学生、社区农牧区各民族群众三个群体。通过调查掌握了新疆民族团结教育的基本现状,发现了存在的问题。 最后,针对新疆民族团结教育现状及存在的问题,从高校教育、中小学教育和城市社区农牧区教育三个方面提出了相关加强及改善民族团结教育工作及活动的实践对策。在此基础上,对新疆民族团结教育从理论方面进行了思考,以民族团结的本质是“民族的社会团结”为核心概念,也使其成为中国及新疆民族团结教育的重要理念。以民族的社会团结概念为圭臬,为增进民族团结和加强民族团结教育,从新疆政治、经济和文化诸方面进行了较为全面的社会化策略思考。新疆民族团结教育的社会化策略从政治基础、经济保障、社会转型、文化引领等诸方面进行论述,提出了较为宏观而概括的策略内容,对新疆民族团结工作和民族团结教育有效实施是一个方向性的指导。 论文创新之处有三点:一是对新疆民族工作和民族团结教育历程及基本经验,以当代民族团结教育的视角进行了梳理和总结,提出了一些观点,为新疆民族团结方面的理论研究和民族团结教育实践提供了资料。二是在民族团结教育理论基础和思想资源内容分析、历史考察、现状调查的基础上对新疆民族工作及民族团结教育提出了实践策略及理论思考,在民族团结教育的理论研究、民族团结教育的社会实践、民族团结教育模式等方面能给予新疆民族团结教育的实践以参考借鉴。三是在对新疆民族团结教育的理论、现实、历史等诸方面进行考察和研究之后,提出民族的社会团结概念,成为本论文理论思考和实践策略提出的核心概念。 论文的不足之处:一是研究者相关政治学、民族学、社会学、心理学及文化学等学科理论底蕴较浅,相关理论观点及研究成果还没能充分深入地结合进本研究。二是研究方案中问卷和访谈提纲的设计存在一些问题,导致在研究过程中和分析资料中出现问卷结果和访谈结果有矛盾之处。论文问卷和访谈资料分析处理还显粗浅,远未达到详尽的程度。三是研究者的语言障碍、民族间思维的差异问题,使本研究受到影响。这些问题均需后续的研究、思考及资料的继续补充处理来进一步的充实和完善。 关键词:民族团结教育;民族的社会团结;历史经验;实践策略;新疆
Xin-jiang is China's largest ethnic area as a unified multi-ethnic country, where the coexistence and blending of all ethnic groups is an important representations, as the unity and harmony of the Chinese Nation, because the National Unity is the essence and core of the national relations in China's socialist.Aiming at the ethnic division in the violent and terrorist activities existed in some parts of the minorities of Xin-jiang, the top priority in Xin-jiang lies in fighting against the violence and terrorism, maintaining social stability and carrying out the National Unity Education.Thereby, the keynotes and central issues of the study of the practical and theoretical researches on the National Unity Education, has been spreading in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences in Xin-jiang and even at home. Considering that the ethnic work, and the National Unity Education are directed by the Marxism Theory in Xin-jiang and even the whole country. Firstly, this dissertation expounds systematically the foundation of the Marxism Theory concerning the National Unity Education, not only including the theoretical perspectives of the National Unity Education such as the classical writers of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin in Marxism Theory of the Ethnic Minorities, but also increasing the theoretical views of the Chinese Communists, such as Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, as the practice of the Marxism Theory, the contemporary leaders of the Communist Party of China, who inherit and develop the Marxsim Theory. At the same time, A brief introduction is made, as the content of ideological resources of the National Solidarity Education, concerning Sun Zhongshan's and Fei Xiaotong's national theories, and the ones related to the contemporary western scholars such as Emile Durkheim, Parsons, Jurgen Habermas. And finally,In view of the complexity of ethnic unity education and the interdisciplinary shape of its research, it is necessary to seek and determine the theore tical basis for the study and practice of national unity education theories in the ethnolo gical, pedagogical and sociological related theories. Secondly,the connotation of the National Unity Education is formulated, the concept of the nation,solidarity, and the National Unity is also defined, and the essence of the National Unity is the Social Unity on the basis of the related theory.Thus,the dissertation puts forward the core concept-The Social Solidarity of the Nation, the constitute basis of which-Democracy of the People's Livelihood and the Rule by Law with Virtue,is also stated. Besides, the paper discusses the historical process of the Ethnic Unity Work and the National Unity Education in New China and in Xin-jiang, and the experiences and characteristics of the new China and the National Unity Education in Xin-jiang are summarized and analyzed. Next, based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the National Unity Education in Xin-jiang, the corresponding questionnaire and the outline of the interview are designed in a large scale to carry out the on-the-spot investigation.The sampling is divided into three groups, that is,the subjects of the teachers and the students in Primary and Middle Schools, college students, and community farmers and pastoral areas, through which the currency of the National Unity Education in Xin-jiang is explicated, and the existing problems have been found. Finally, on the basis of the current situation and existing issues of the National Unity Education in Xin-jiang, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to strengthen and improve the measures of the National Unity Education from three aspects-the university education,the primary and secondary education, and the urban community farming and pastoral area education.Thus,from the reflection of the theory of the Ethnic Unity Education, the key fact of The Social Solidarity of the Nation has become an important concept of the National Unity Education in China and in Xin-jiang. The innovative point of the paper lies in the three areas:First, a new perspective of the contemporary National Solidarity Education is done to summarize the process and the experience of the National Solidarity Education and work, which provides some data for the theoretical research and the practice of the National Unity Education practice in Xin-jiang. Second,the dissertation provides the practical strategies and theoretical thinking in Xin-jiang’s ethnic work and the National Unity Education, based on the content analysis, the historical research, the investigation of the present situation of the National Unity Education,and the reference to the practice of the National Unity Education in Xin-jiang, is released, concerning the theoretical study of the National Unity Education, the social practice, and the mode of it.Third,the kernel concept of The Social Solidarity of the Nation is put forward, which becomes the uphold of the theoretical speculation and practice strategies, after reviewing the theory, the reality and the history of the Ethnic Solidarity Education in Xin-jiang. The inadequacies of the paper lies in the four aspects: (1) Owing to the author himself,the related theories is more or less superficial, the theoretical achievements in the fields of political science, ethnology, sociology, psychology, and cultural studies, have not been well integrated.(2) There are some problems in designing questionnaire and interview outlines, resulting in the contradiction between the questionnaire and the interview results in the process of the research and the data analysis.The data analysis and processing of the questionnaire and the interview are not so scientific.(3)The language barrier of the author, and the differences of thinking between the two nations, make the research quality affected and far from reaching that, which needs further rigorous study and design in the future.
